VERWOOD RUNNERS C25K COURSE
The course is designed for anybody who hasn’t run before (hence the name) or hasn’t run for a long time and wants to get back to a 5k distance we start on Tuesday 31st March 2026 7.15pm at Potterne park the cost is £20 and is run by qualified UKA runleaders who will encourage you and give you tips to help you to achieve your goal.
There are only 30 spaces available and the course runs for 9 weeks culminating in a 5k parkrun at Moors Valley.
